Shipping & Delivery
At Noble Ritual Tea, each order is prepared with care, intention, and attention to detail to ensure your tea ritual arrives beautifully presented.
Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are prepared and dispatched from Riga, Latvia.
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order preparation and packaging. During collection launches, holidays, or periods of increased demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information, where applicable.
Pre Order Ritual Processing
Some rituals require additional time before departure.
Pre-order collections are prepared in limited quantities with intentional care and may require up to 4 weeks before dispatch.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the European Union and to selected international destinations.
If your country is unavailable during checkout, please feel welcome to contact us directly regarding shipping availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Latvia
Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
European Union
Estimated delivery within 3–10 business days.
International Orders
Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Kindly note that customs processing may occasionally cause additional delivery delays outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Tracked shipping is provided where available. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via e-mail.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Noble Ritual Tea is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to us unclaimed, original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery at: madara@nobleritualtea.com
Where possible, please include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- and photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the matter carefully and assist you as soon as possible.
