Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to Noble Ritual Tea.
Each ritual is thoughtfully curated and prepared with exceptional care. As our products are artisanal and food-related in nature, we kindly invite you to review the following return and refund conditions before placing your order.

This policy complies with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.


1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via e-mail within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Once your cancellation request has been received and approved, refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

To qualify for a return under the right of withdrawal:

  • Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition
  • Protective seals, where applicable, must remain intact
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

As permitted under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, opened consumable goods, including tea products, are not eligible for return for hygiene and food safety reasons unless defective.


2. Returns Outside the European Union

For customers located outside the European Union, returns and refunds are accepted at the discretion of Noble Ritual Tea.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Please note:

  • International shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until safely received by us.


3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at the e-mail address provided below.

Where possible, we kindly request:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once the product has been assessed and the issue confirmed, you will be notified via e-mail regarding the approval of your refund or replacement.

Refunds for approved defective items are generally processed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days following confirmation.


4. Shipping Costs & Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that we do not reimburse shipping or delivery costs for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Preference-based returns
  • Refused deliveries
  • Unclaimed shipments

For international orders outside the European Union, any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.


5. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during checkout unless otherwise agreed.

Depending on your financial institution, refund processing times may vary.
